Last Thursday we had an engaging and insightful session with Mr. Edmund Chan, CUHK EMBA Alumnus, Co-founder and CEO of Meat The Next, at the popular Business Lecture Series!
We were excited to be joined by 200+ CUHK Business School students and 30+ online participants from our Asian Business Education Network (ABEN) partner universities!
Drawing on his extensive experience in F&B sector and as the co-founder of an innovative plant-based food tech startup, Edmund delivered a dynamic talk on key topics, including pushing through failures and finding motivation as an entrepreneur, pressing sustainability challenges facing the food industry, the vital role of tech and innovation for sustainability, and an exciting future for foodtech.
We then had a lively fireside chat, fielded thoughtful questions from our diverse student audience from across Asia.
