Chi-Leung Chu
Assistant Professor, National Chiayi University
Chi-Leung Chu is an Assistant Professor at the National Chiayi University. His principle research interests include supply chain management, computer simulation, traffic signals optimizations, operations research, and applications of computers to real-world problems. Prior to joining the faulty at National Chiayi University, he was with Taxes Transportation Institute, where he co-developed the traffic signal timing optimization software, PASSER-V. Chu earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. He also holds an MS from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from the University of New Mexico, and a BBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
