BESGO Team

Dear Students,

I’m writing to introduce ReThink HK 2021 Volunteer Programme.

ReThink HK is the best-attended and most ambitious business event for accelerating sustainable development in Hong Kong. ReThink HK 2021 will be held on Oct 5 & 6 at HKCEC with bigger scale, covering more sustainability topics across different business sectors/industries. In the 6 Conference Theatres, sustainability practitioners and business leaders will touch on various themes including Circular Economy, Cities & Economy, Decarbonisation, Food & Nature, People & Purpose as well as Redefining Value. Apart from conference sessions, a solution showcase expo is set up for companies to introduce the latest sustainability products/trends. (For more details and rundown of ReThink HK 2021 please visit https://rethink-event.com/).

ReThink HK 2021 launches a volunteer programme for university students. This will be a great opportunity for students to discover how the annual ecosystem event operates under license from the business and sustainability communities that it is privileged to support – uniting stakeholders, demonstrating the business case and strategies for change against a backdrop of innovation and the sustainable solutions needed to achieve a circular economy and strive for a carbon-neutral Hong Kong by 2050.

All qualified volunteers are required to attend a 2 hour orientation on Sep 18 (Sat) and 1 full-day volunteer work on the event day (Day 1 or Day 2).

As a gesture of thanks, a 1 day (the day other than the volunteering day) complimentary ticket will be provided for volunteers.

Click here to register your interest. We encourage you to complete the form by 8 Sep.

Completing the form does not guarantee a place on the volunteer program, shortlisted applicants will be contacted by the third week of September.

COVID-19 Arrangement

As a preventive measure of COVID-19, all attendees are required to follow the latest government’s regulations. Regulations are subject to change, please check here for the latest arrangements. As an event volunteer, you should follow the regulation of Working Staff.
